Flintcombe Square was the first square to be built on Poundbury.
The gap between these to houses on Flintcombe Square leads to Pitcote Lane, and then to the courtyard of the houses on Stowcastle Street & Middlemarsh Street.
This House has gates from the square to a small drive and Garage. The houses on the opposite side of the square have Parking spaces in the square as well as parking or Garages around the back.
As this was one of the first parts of Poundbury to be built you can see that the trees in this square are some of the biggest on Poundbury.

Here in Stokehouse Street you can see the focal Point House in Flintcombe Square.
Trees are planted on any area of path that is wide enough. This also give an opportunity from people to plant around the tree as you can see here.
This part of Stowcastle Street is very tight, so it helps to slow cars entering Burraton Square.

Caseberry Court is an area for parking and access of the back gardens of the houses on Stowcastle Street, Longmoor Street & Brookhouse Street. But also a few houses are built in these courtyards as you can see here,
and Here.

Most of Brookhouse Street has no access from cars, so residents need to use the parking around the back in the courtyard or park in one of the nearest streets or squares.
Here you can see that the rendered house on the right has parking around the back in a gate. See that you can drive down as far as the gated entrance but then the street is blocked by a wooden post.
The black mark you can see on the street here is actually a Housemartin that was nesting under the eves of the house on the left.
With no cars, it gives more space to plant trees.
